TravelFlowBeta software. Use at your own discretion.
Your trip is personal.
TravelFlow keeps your itinerary, bookings, travel notes, and recorded costs in your account. New accounts start with a private, empty trip. Sharing the app’s address gives someone their own account; access to an existing shared trip still needs an invitation.
Your account
Your account stores your name, email, time zone, sign-in sessions, and the trip details you save. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text. Verification and password reset emails contain private, time-limited links.
Plans and connections
You choose which trip and booking details to add or import. Creating an account does not connect an airline, hotel, bank, or mail account. Optional features show their availability inside your trip. Account credentials are not part of trip exports.
Hosting and offline copies
TravelFlow runs on Cloudflare. Your private trip requires sign-in. An offline plan is an optional, read-only copy that you explicitly download to a trusted device; it can remain readable offline until it expires or is removed. Remove downloads and sign out on shared devices.
Shared trips
Invited members can see the shared itinerary, booking details, and costs. The trip owner chooses viewer or editor access. Adding a traveler to the planning list does not by itself grant sign-in access or change a provider reservation.
Account help
You can export your trip from Trip settings. For an account or data request, contact paul@resort-os-app.com from your account email. Self-service account deletion is not available in this early release.
